My condominium is on the highest floor of Oceanway Residences, wherein you have an exquisite view of the greenest mountain and the calmest sea from the balcony. THE SPACE My place is great for solo travelers, backpackers, couples that wants quality time, honeymooners and for bonding with friends and families Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, stove and kitchen wares). Masters bedroom with a queen size bed, a floor mattress and an airbed upon request. Bathroom has an ample supply of hot and cold water. Living room is cozy with flat screened TV with access to cable TV channels, 4 seat sofa and center table. Window type air conditioner in the living room and bedroom. Fast WiFi internet. 4 seat dining table. High end washer and dryer. Safety and Maintenance - Guest can access the intercom to contact lobby personnel if help is needed. Also my co-host will be available for you during your stay. GUESTS ACCESS Guest can access the amenities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds and viewing deck. If you dislike crowded beach with vendors constantly in your face, we have a private beach. Private beach is 200 meters away and open from 6 am to 5 pm. A shuttle is available every 50 mins to and from the beach or you can just stroll for 10 mins. A shuttle is available also to and from the gate every 15 mins and every 1 hour to the closest City Mall (5 mins ride away) I also have a co-host locally available to meet you upon your arrival and make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. At the lobby of our building we have a helpful receptionist on duty 24/7 and security personnel to keep you safe and secured.
