Ideally located as it is only a 5 minute walk from Carbis Bay beach, and 1.5 miles from St Ives and approx 2 minute walk to Carbis Bay train station. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities and can sleep up to four guests. Fairfield Apartment is a self catering facility and as such everything is supplied for your stay, from bedding & towels to wireless speakers. The property is our very own holiday rental which we use ourselves several times a year and as such it is kept in an immaculate condition. With close proximity to lots to see and do in Cornwall it is a great base to discover all that Cornwall has to offer, or you can just sit back and relax and take in the stunning sea views that the property has to offer,

The bungalow built three years ago with a fully enclosed rear garden with patio area overlooking open fields towards the sea is situated on St Merryn Park close to the village of St Merryn on the rugged North Cornwall coast with 7 lovely safe sandy beaches and the beautiful fishing village of Padstow with its picturesque harbour and numerous little shops and eateries including the famous Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant, all within a 10 minutes drive, coastal walks and attractions including the Eden Project and some filming locations of Poldark and Doc Martin. In the village of St Merryn there is a general store/off licence, paper shop, garage, bakery, three very good restaurants a Chinese takeaway, an eat in or takeaway fish and chip shop and two public houses each with a restaurant and both dog friendly. On St Merryn Park there are tennis courts, adjacent, a shop and a bar/ restaurant approximately 100 meters away also there is a designated dog walking area. You will have unlimited Wi-fi available, a large screen tv with free access to Netflix and both bedrooms have a tv.
