The building includes a state of the art fitness center, massage therapists, stunning lobby, wifi in all common areas, huge infinity pool, 24 hr security, concierge service and steps from the beach. This condo is on the upper floor, overlooking the ocean on one side and the mountains and city on the other. It is centrally located and minutes from downtown, airport, marina, golf, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, banks, etc. The unit has been professionally and comfortably decorated, and has a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and amenities. I’d give 6 stars if I could. We were a family group of 7, teens, parents, and grandparents. Everyone loved it. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. We all adored the view, outdoor spaces, and private pool. The location is perfect - the beach is right there, soft sand, big waves, and lifeguard. The staff made everything perfect. We felt pampered from start to finish. Great food, daily cleaning, and responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend the all inclusive option. They made my mom’s 80th birthday really memorable. Every meal exceeded our expectation. The location is on a beautiful and quiet beach that was great for swimming and building sandcastles. The Villa has everything you could need for a beach day including chairs, umbrella, paddle board, life jackets for kids and adults, sand toys etc. The accommodation is clean and spacious and we easily fit 11 people. Ana made sure there was always fresh/dry beach towels waiting for us. There is a delicious restaurant 5 minutes up the beach but otherwise you need a 10 minute taxi to get to any other stores/restaurants. The villa was spacious, the infinity pool over the ocean kept the kids in the water ALL day. The quick walk to the ocean and the community pool was beyond convenient. There is the best restaurant walking distance for amazing fish tacos and adult beverages. We had jet ski's come right up to the villa. The staff is THE BEST. Can't wait to go back next year.

In the evening it is very nice just walk to the center and watch the mariachi in El Parian. There are many activities you can do in and around Tlaquepaque. Here just a view. Get a free bike on Sunday and you can use the special route that they set of just for none motorized vehicles all the way to Guadalajara, Zapopan and Tonala. The apartment is located at around a 10 minute walk from the historical center from Tlaquepaque which is the south side of Guadalajara, elected Pueblo Magico (Magic Town) in 2019. Everything is at walking distance and a local small grocery store is at less then 5 minute walk. The apartment has 40 mbs high speed and stable internet and the flatscreen TV is a smart TV and has Netflix as well. For drinking water there is a water filtering system with 5 stages including inverse osmosis.

The 2-room bathroom has a marble shower with a bench and grab bars. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove and everything for your cooking needs. Seating in the living room is very comfortable. One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen sleeper. The maid cleans 1 time per week. From our 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic. Watch dolphins playing off shore, whales in season, fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. The bus to town stops right in front of the Sunscape Resort and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. Or just spend the day at the beach or beside our heated pool. We have free internet in our condo. Just a 10 minute ride from the airport.

If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting around: You will not need to rent a car. Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.
