Terms And Conditions

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 475 EUR is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 EUR, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 165.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 2000 EUR.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Tourism Marketing Fee

Tourism Marketing Fee applied to owner's portion of rent Fee of 1.50 per 1 occupant per 1 night.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

A fee is charged for Property Heating A metered fee is collected on departure. A guest must request this optional service.
