The luxury studio apartment (of 51 m2 interior) is situated on the ground floor, and unfolds facing the beautiful crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, bordering a Golf Course and just a short distance from the marina. The Studio Lock-Out Apartment has en-suite bathroom with sea view, bathroom, kitchenette fully equipped, A/C and sleeps up to 3 people. Terrace of 14 m2 with a dining table and 4 chairs.
