Welcome to our ski in/ski out family mountain retreat at Sun Peaks. Our vacation home is close to the village and right next to the Morrisey Express Chair Lift The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-level-access unit has been equipped with everything to make your stay memorable. Open views on MT Morrisey at sunset, 26inch LCD TV, DVD player and TV in each room. Private Hot Tub on outdoor patio, fireplace, soaker tub and heated floors for your toes. It also features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private laundry facilities, free Internet connection and underground parking space. Kids are very welcome, we made sure there is everything they need: a baby cot with soft bedsheets and a booster seat, children videos, kitchen plastic ware and covered outlets. This cute and cozy unit is located on the backside of the Timberline Village complex giving it a bigger sense of privacy with the forest being just outside your door, but still only a couple of minutes walk to the main village. This murphy bed studio is perfect for a solo adventurer or for a couple's trip as you still have a large full kitchen, a flatscreen TV and a fireplace to relax in front of. Timberline Village is another mountain hideaway filled with all the conveniences and extras. These units offer guests the space and freedom of a home in the mountains. Offering ski in and out ability, these units are located right next to the Sports Centre and has the Village core at your fingertips. After a day out on the slopes you can ski in, put your feet up and relax. Ski-in access is available via Gentle Giant from either the Village Platter or the Sundance Express Chairlift. Ski-out access is available to both the Sundance Express Chairlift and the Sunburst Express Chairlift.

Location Highlights: Stone's Throw is a condo complex that runs alongside the 16th hole of the Sun Peaks Golf Course, with some units even having a beautiful view of the green. In the winter this becomes part of the Hasta La Vista run which can lead you back to the complex or down to the Orient and Morrisey Express chairlifts. Stone's Throw is located in the East Village which means the complex is ski-in/ski-out by way of the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. It is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main village or just a short drive. The next closest complexes are Settler's Crossing and Echo Landing, which means that if you want family or friends to book close by there's essentially triple the options. There is an underground parkade (clearance of 2.29m or 7'6") with an entrance under the higher numbered units. There is a small courtyard around the lower numbered units which is a No Parking zone but temporary parking for the purpose of loading/unloading is permitted for 20 minutes or less. Another loading/unloading No Parking zone is located between the parkade entrance and Settler's Crossing, ideal for units numbered in the 20s and 30s. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way and get on Hasta La Vista to return to the complex. From the top of Orient, you can take Hasta La Vista directly down. Alternatively, the East Village Ski Way can be used to access the road from a couple of complexes over and it is a short walk back to Stone's Throw. To ski-out, from the lower numbered side of the complex pass the trees to get on Hasta La Vista and under the Skier Underpass to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, it's approximately a 3 - 5 minute walk down to these chairlifts.

This is a studio on the ground floor with a very nice private hot tub deck ideal for a quiet soak after a day enjoying Sun Peaks' slopes. With both a Murphy and a sofa bed, this surprisingly spacious studio is ideal for small families. In fact, the condo owners have gone to lengths to make their home "family friendly" and have stocked the unit with games and kids movies and a kitchen with everything you need for home cooked meals. This is one of the finest locations at Sun Peaks with superb mountain views and the ability to ski in and out, right at your door. This townhouse is just a short stroll to the Village center and all the fun activities that await, like the ice skating rink, tennis courts and outdoor pool in the summer, all located directly across the street from the unit.

This lovely condo provides plenty of room for an extended family on three levels marked by quality furnishings. It's located at the end nearest to the village of the Trapper's Landing townhomes making it an easy short walk to the village, while still providing great ski in and out to Morrisey chair. Trapper's Landing is located about 7 minutes walk from the village just opposite the Morrisey chairlift. The Morrisey Connector ski run runs alongside it's east end allowing for easy ski in and out. The quality craftsmanship of this condo complex is obvious upon sight and it's great ski in/out access to Morrisey makes for excellent ski season rental accommodations.

This Crystal Forest unit is a lovingly maintained and well appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom home across two levels. Located right near the main entrance to the complex, it's very easy to load and unload during your stay. From the private balcony on the second level you'll have a nice view of Mt Morrisey. This home also features a private hot tub and a barbeque, and is easy access to ski-in and just a short walk to ski-out. This home has a double bed in the master bedroom, a tri-bunk in the second bedroom, and a sofabed in the living room. It's an ideal spot for a small family, or even a romantic couples' getaway. Enjoy curling up on the couch in front of the fireplace and watch a movie together on the wall mounted flat screen TV, or take a dip in the hot tub and relax. You'll be close enough to the village that it's just a short walk to the restaurants and shops, but far enough that you won't get the noise and bustle.

This unit is one of the crown jewels at the Stone's Throw complex. Originally owned by the developer of the complex it has the best view at this location and optimal ski in and out. Snow Creek Village is widely considered to have the best ski-in/ski-out access across the entire resort, and is often the most desired property location. If you're an avid skier or boarder, this will be the ideal vacation spot for you. Located just across the street from the Sports Complex, which features a soccer field, children's playground, tennis courts, and the new, open air ice skating rink, Snow Creek Village offers extreme convenience for those looking to have a fun and active holiday. Following the valley trail past the Sports Complex leads directly to the main village, just a short walk away. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, take Rambler to get on Gentle Giant where you can cut off about halfway down to behind the complex. To ski out, follow the Valley Trail along the Sports Complex directly to the top of the main village where you can ski or board down to the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts.

This Snow Creek Village suite is a 1-bedroom/2-bathroom bright and modern condo, able to sleep up to 4, and features a private hot tub and barbeque on the patio outside, a great option for a couple or small family traveling. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There's an additional full bathroom that has another shower/tub combo as well. There's seating for 3 at the kitchen bar and 2 at the dining table, plus the living room couch which folds out into a sofabed, so there's plenty of space for guests.

Out front of the property is your private hot tub and terrace area where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air, and convenient access to the walking path around the back of the complex.  The main level of this home features the full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a lovely fireplace, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You can also access the hot tub directly from the living area's sliding door. Upstairs, the top level features the in-suite laundry, both of the bedrooms, another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a balcony off of the master bedroom. Crystal Forest has a unique feature of a courtyard in the middle of the complex with privacy from the main road. The next closest complexes are McGillivray Creek across the street, Trail's Edge to one side, and Forest Trails diagonally across the street. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance or Orient, take any run that connects to Mt Morrisey Connector which will bring you behind the complex. To ski-out, take the Valley Trail behind the complex to the Mt Morrisey Connector. This will take you to both the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. For ski-out, you can hop on to Hasta La Vista from the west side of the complex, or East Village Ski Way from the east side of the complex, and take it down to the Orient and Morrisey Express chairlifts. For ski-in from the Morrisey Express, there are a variety of runs that lead back to the base of the hill and from there it's either a short walk back to Stone's Throw, or hit the Orient Express and follow ski-in from Hasta La Vista!

This Snow Creek Village unit is a three-bedroom plus den, two-bathroom home spread across three storey's that can sleep up to 8 - perfect for a bigger family, or a group of friends. With convenient ski-in/ski-out access from the back patio, at the complex that is considered to have the best ski-in/ski-out across all of Sun Peaks, this is a skiers paradise. The ground level has a recreation room with a foosball table, board games, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and DVD player, making it a perfect hangout room for kids and teens. With a comfortable and cozy, warm decor across this home, you'll want to cuddle up by the fireplace and enjoy some family time together. With seating for 6 at the dining table and plenty of room on the couch and loveseats, have a great time entertaining. In the winter this is where you'd purchase lift tickets (if you haven't preordered!) and in the summer this is the Golf Pro Shop. Behind the Day Lodge is the Sundance and Sunburst Express chairlifts. Ski-in access is by way of the Gentle Giant run (which is connected to both Sundance and Rambler, among others) where you can take a turnoff to the backside of the complex or follow along through the valley trail to the complex's entrance (between Timberline). You could also take Rambler to the Mt Morrisey Connector and take the run to the Sundance Estates and cut in to the valley trail that way as well.

Located on the west side of the Snow Creek condos it features ideal ski in and out and only a few minutes walk to the village centre. As a final perfect accent, there is a sauna and shower room on the lowest floor so you can sweat the ski day out in preparation for tomorrow's adventure. You can access the Valley Trail either just across from the complex's entrance or just past the playground, and just a short 2-minute stroll will get you to the main village where you can check out all of the restaurants and shops that Sun Peaks has to offer, or head down to Village Day Lodge and main ski lifts!

Welcome...to our ski in/ski out Stones Throw condo opposite the Morrisey Lift. This three year old development is situated on a world class golf course. Surrounded by three magnificient mountains, our condo is only a short (ten minute) walk from the Sun Peaks Village. Our condo boasts a mountain view, a cozy gas fireplace and queen bunk bed in the second bedroom with video games for the kids. Our open floor plan, all on one level, is easy and bright. At the end of the day, look forward to soaking in your private hot tub. Our home away from home sleeps 7 in three different areas.
