With over 1700 SF, a great room floor plan, cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, high end furnishings, 2 large decks overlooking the mountain slopes & Fraser River, this single level, top floor, offers both comfort, stunning views & privacy.
The well appointed living room has a gas log fireplace & comfortable seating on the leather sofas to enjoy cable TV, DVD, VCR or gather around the table, play games or share memories of a great day in Winter Park. Curl up in the large rattan chair & read a book. There are plenty of books & games for adults & children alike. Wifi & cable. A full size washer & dryer is perfect for those longer stays.
The well equipped kitchen is complete with granite counter tops and all the necessary amenities (dishes, pots, pans, small appliances and a great selection of spices) to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and more chairs can be easily added. Breakfast bar seats 4. Or, dine out at any of Winter Park's great restaurants.
The King master suite includes dresser, a TV & ample closet space. The master bath is tiled in marble, has a large tub & separate walk-in over-sized shower and double vanity sinks. The 2nd bedroom is a Queen Master Suite, and its own private bathroom tiled in travertine. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed & a twin over twin bunk bed. All bedrooms have flats screen TV's & basic cable. There is a 3rd full bathroom with a tub/shower and is tiled in travertine. We are kid friendly and a port-a-crib and high chair are available by request on a first-come, first-served basis..
Soak in the private hot tub while enjoying spectacular views of both the Winter Park ski runs and the Fraser river or watch the Continental Divide turn pink in the evening alpenglow. BBQ on the gas grill or sit and relax on the deck furniture and listen to the sounds of the river below or look at the nighttime stars. Inside, floor to ceiling windows provide jaw dropping views of the Winter Park & Mary Jane ski slopes, the Continental Divide and the river. Watch the kids ski down the slopes (binoculars in unit) from the comfort of the leather sofas. Relax & listen to the Fraser River as it flows past. Moose are occasionally seen in the willow thickets along the Fraser. A large in-ground community hot tub just steps away is also available.
Get away from the noise, traffic and congestion of the central resort. Enjoy the convenience of a base area location without the hassles. There is private parking for 2 of your vehicles in our enclosed underground heated garage. A short walk or shuttle ride brings you to the base of Winter Park Resort.
