This timelessly decorated two bedroom condo sleeps up to six persons. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom and the second bedroom has a two full size bed and access to a private bathroom. The living room area has a sofa, and is complete with a TV with Cable and high speed wireless internet (10 mb). The dining area has a table and seating accommodating six persons. The condo has two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. This ground floor condo is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 2 blocks from the beach and 1 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. You can walk to everything. There are other lounging and entertainment areas situated around the beautifully landscaped ground as well as WIFI throughout the complex. The condo has 24 hour security. We are located close to Mamitas Beach and Kool and Carnival far the best beach clubs to relax, swim in the ocean or the pool, eat sushi or a burrito, and be served your favorite cold drink. We are also at the end of the beach which has the best restaurants. You may want to reconsider cooking when one block away is 5th Ave, a walking pedestrian mall, with hundreds of restaurants at your disposal. We are located on 34th Street between 10th Ave and 20th Ave, across from the park. This property has something for everyone. It is in a great location and offers many restaurants, activities, a beach, and huge outdoor pools. Great food and fun. Golf is amazing and they are very friendly and accommodating.

We are located directly on the beach within the Oleo Cancun Playa resort. We are in the famed Cancun hotel zone, or the main strip of Cancun with the gorgeous beaches. The resort is all inclusive, however the penthouse are individually owned. Therefore you have the option to purchase all inclusive after you arrive, from the lobby front desk. See our welcome packet for details. The cost, as of this writing, is $90 per person per day for the all-inclusive. This gives you unlimited use of the resort restaurants and bars from the moment they open until the last bar closes. The resort has 4 restaurants and 2 bars. The food is very good, but not outstanding. When I go down with my family we normally take the all inclusive for a day, maybe two, if we are staying for a week. Normally if we are wanting to relax by the beach or pool, we just make up some mai tais and take them down to the beach or pool, we have a nice little cooler inside the unit. It's really nice because it saves us a lot of money and the cooler is allowed by the beach and around the pool. For food, there are 2 nice restaurants across the street. It's a nice set up because one restaurant is higher end, and the other is more casual. 19.5 is the more casual of the two and we go there frequently, they have very good food and a really nice view of the lagoon. Their papas fritas are excellent and also their steak quesadillas or steak fajitas. They also have chicken or shrimp if you prefer. And their drinks are very good and they are reasonably priced. Drinks in Cancun can be very expensive. For example, the other restaurant is Navios, they have outstanding food, off the charts delicious. And it's reasonable too, fresh caught grouper is normally what I get and it's $18 as of this writing. And you have a lot of options in the $20-$25 price range. If you like shrimp, get the shrimp quesadilla located in the starter menu, it's only $10 and it is the best quesadilla I have ever had. Note, it doesn't say quesadilla on the menu, but just read the description, and you'll know which one to order. The portion is excellent too. They do hit you hard on drinks price wise. If it were not for that, I'd probably almost always have lunch and dinner there. And then we have the in home authentic Mexican meals for our guests. This is very popular, we are cooking just about every day for a group of our guests in one of the units. It's because its so reasonable, we do it at cost. The ladies get $80 for their service of going to the grocery store, and preparing the dinner for our guests. And they bring you a receipt from the store for the grocery cost. That's it, it's a non-profit service we offer our guests, details come in the welcome packet. For excursions, and activities, I do have a connection in Cancun for an amazingly low cost snorkeling trip, many of our guests call this the highlight of their stay. And I have other tips and info for you in our welcome packet as well. Myself and my brother bought here at Oleo back in 2004.
