Ideal for groups of 3 or 4. The combination of units includes 1 one bedroom suite, and one studio. All two units are located on the first and second floor of this building. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a door to go inside or outside. The studio is located on the first floor and is connected to the bedroom via staircase, within the unit just like in any 2 floor house.

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 90 percent of all payments are refunded.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 4 days during a stay.
Telephone Fee
A fee is charged for this service. There is a Phone and Fax machine available at the reception which one has to pay to use.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
