This suite is probably our most accessible unit with a large comfortable canopy king bed. For any one not wanting a challenging entrance this is ideal. If you like extra cold AIR CONDITIONING this is your unit There is a large bath room with tub, and hair dryer. The suite enjoys a soft comfortable love seat, flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, and small garden inside. There is also a small terrace adjoining. One of a kind.

Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 10 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 60 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
