In a quite center, this house is perfect for relaxing or to start many interesting trips (10 minutes from the trasimeno lake, 20 minutes from Assisi, Umbria, Rome, Florence, Siena, and Cortona). It is situated on the ancient village walls, in the heart of the historic center, highly appreciated in Italy. With medieval origins, the house is made by local rock and it is developed in two levels. It is surrounded by a shady and equipped garden, with a fantastic view of the valley and of the hills. If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
