Thanks to the different accesses, guests can easily move from the indoors to the outdoors and the spectacular terrace and the gorgeous internal courtyard with loggia. An elegant staircase leads to the sleeping area upstairs composed by three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower box and a twin bedroom adjacent to a full bathroom equipped with whirlpool tub. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2,00 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
