A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

With these words the owner opens her warm and welcoming house which spreads on two levels. On the ground floor, the living area is characterized by carefully chosen pieces of furniture and charming exotic colours. The kitchen has direct access to the garden, fully equipped for al fresco dining, while the fireplace in the living room is ideal to enjoy some pleasant moments of relaxation and cosiness even in chillier seasons, punctuated by the ancient rhythms of nature and the intense colours of this corner of Tuscany.
