Terms And Conditions
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 45 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 33 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Small dogs are allowed. A guest must request this and describe the dog. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service dog have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 85.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
