Description
Our villa is a modern, Spanish style casa located on the beach and ocean. Our casa is fully equipped for a wonderful vacation. Our manager, is available to make your vacation a wonderful experience. You will have the best of experiences: all the comforts of home and a wonderful relaxing vacation 5 minutes from Sea World "Swim with the Dolphins" and 15 minutes from the Victorian port city of Puerto Plata.. Restaurants, grocery store, country club, swimming beach and other services are a walking distance from our house. The Villa is typical Caribbean, with wonderful warm Caribbean colors. Full wall jalousie windows face the ocean and allow the ocean breezes to cool the house. The ceilings are high, giving an open spacious feeling. There are ceiling fans in every room. There is a large kitchen with a full bathroom off the kitchen. There is a dining room with large dining table and chairs and a large living room with comfortable Caribbean style furniture including a TV. This room has a direct ocean view and wonderful ocean breezes. The porch, which is on the ocean edge, has a table and many chairs. The grassy backyard is on the ocean edge with hammock and lounge chairs. There is a courtyard off the kitchen with beautiful tropical flowers and ocean view. The master bedroom is a large suite with a beautiful modern bathroom and view of the ocean. This room has AIR CONDITIONING and ceiling fan. There is a bedroom facing the ocean with a Queen bed and another bedroom with twin beds facing the courtyard. All three bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING and ceiling fans. There are 3 full bathrooms with showers. This villa has a sister villa attached (see unit #126963) which also can be rented. ***********ONLY persons who are listed on the lease can occupy the premises unless otherwise approved by the owner. No loud parties, or events without permission from the owner.**************

Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 3 days during a stay.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 10:00 AM
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
