Payment Methods

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation 8 - 30 days prior to arrival, owner will refund 50% of payment. Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival, owner will offer a full refund of payments made to him.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.
