Within walking distance you will be at one of the nicest and most popular renowned Keauhou Bay. This recreation area offers an almost endless array of ocean sports.

This luxury condo not only offers both golf and ocean views. But a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath also provides AIR CONDITIONING in unit for your comfort. But with the cross breeze of Mountain and Ocean you probably won't need to use it. This elegant and updated suite comes with well equipped with Internet access, TV, DVD, full Kitchen and all the accouterments of home. A queen bed in Master Suite and 2 twins in spare bedroom offer plenty of sleeping accommodations. Also available is a spare twin mattress but please request it because we store it.

Relax on the over-sized lanai and watch the sunsets. Being on the 18 Tee it is a blast watching the golfers as well!

“H” Bay is located just minutes away for great swimming and night diving. The world famous Kona Manta Ray night dive is a few blocks away in front of the Sheraton Hotel Resort.

Keauhou Bay is in my opinion is no doubt the nicest area in Hawaii. You will also agree!!

HOUSE RULES (Condensed Version)
Common Areas, Entrances and Lanais
1 No laundry shall be hung or dried on lanais or walkways. THIS APPLIES ESPECIALLY TO SWIMMING APPAREL AND TOWELS.
2 Parking lots are not to be used for recreational purposes for safety reasons. This includes bicycles, roller skates, skateboards, Frisbee’s, power toys, etc.
3 No obstructive objects shall be allowed on unit walkways or lanais. This includes bikes, baby strollers, kayaks, surfboards, etc.
4 Only propane or electric grills are permitted and must be stored on the lanai. No use of charcoal or charcoal lighter fluid is allowed.
5 No objects shall be thrown from any lanai or window.
6 Personal items may not be stored in the breezeways.
7 NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BE ON THE GOLF COURSE FOR ANY REASON as it is Private Property

8 Oversize vehicles need to be parked in a Visitor spot away from smaller vehicles.
Pool Area
9 The pool area, including the pool itself, may only be used between 8:00 A.M. And 10:00 P.M.
10 For hygienic reasons, children who are not toilet trained must wear protective swim wear. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult with swimming ability when using the pool.
11 Running, pushing, screaming, yelling or horseplay of any kind is prohibited.
12 No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool area.
13 Any person known to have or suspected of having an infectious disease, suffering from a cough, cold or sores, or wearing bandages, shall be excluded from bathing in the swimming pool.
Tennis Court Rules
14 Tennis court hours are 7:00 A.M. To dark, daily. Tennis shoes only - no black soled shoes allowed.

15 No solicitation or canvasing is allowed in the project at any time.
16 Feeding of birds, mongoose, or feral cats is prohibited.
