Beautifully spacious remodeled, third/top floor condo with panoramic ocean view over the 18th fairway. This spacious interior features quality furnishings with fully equipped kitchen. Stocked with all the homey things we all use. Master bedroom has Cal King with ceiling fan and 2 glass sliding doors leading out to large lanai. Master bath has glass walk in shower. Gorgeous views of Golf Course and Ocean from laying on bed. Nice breeze.
Spare bedroom has Queen bed. Views of the Mountains in the background.
The Loft has spiral staircase leading to bedroom suite with 2 twin beds and spare bathroom with toilet and sink. Makes it nice so you don't have to go down spiral staircase.
The fully equipped kitchen has top of line appliances. The large Living room has wall to wall mirrors with cathedral ceilings that have large ceiling fan keeping whole condo nice & airy. The large extended lanai comes with beautiful outside deco furniture. Country Club Villas is located in a popular complex with 3 pools 3 Jacuzzi's & tennis courts, close to shopping, restaurants, movie theater, & short walk to Keauhou Bay.

GOLFER'S PARADISE...AN EASY WALK TO THE CLUBHOUSE.

In addition we have Beach house down at Honaunau.

Country Club Villas has always been a favorable place to stay.
The location is in Keauhou which is known for a more upscale area. Complex is walking distance to all shops, beach and tourist attraction adventures.

HOUSE RULES (Condensed Version)
Common Areas, Entrances and Lanais
1 No laundry shall be hung or dried on lanais or walkways. THIS APPLIES ESPECIALLY TO SWIMMING APPAREL AND TOWELS.
2 No obstructive objects shall be allowed on unit walkways or lanais. This includes bikes, baby strollers, kayaks, surfboards, etc.
3 Only propane or electric grills are permitted and must be stored on the lanai. No use of charcoal or charcoal lighter fluid is allowed.
4 No objects shall be thrown from any lanai or window.
5 Personal items may not be stored in the breezeways.
6 NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO BE ON THE GOLF COURSE FOR ANY REASON as it is Private Property
7 Oversize vehicles need to be parked in a Visitor spot away from smaller vehicles.
8 The pool area, including the pool itself, may only be used between 8:00 A.M. And 10:00 P.M.
9 For hygienic reasons, children who are not toilet trained must wear protective swim wear. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult with swimming the pool.
10 Running, pushing, screaming, yelling or horseplay of any kind is prohibited.
11 No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool area.
12 Any person known to have or suspected of having an infectious disease, suffering from a cough, cold or sores, or wearing bandages, shall be excluded from bathing in the swimming pool.
Tennis Court Rules
13 Tennis court hours are 7:00 A.M. To dark, daily. Tennis shoes only - no black soled shoes allowed.
14 No solicitation or canvasing is allowed in the project at any time.
15 Feeding of birds, mongoose, or feral cats is prohibited.
16 If you are a renter, you may not smoke in the unit, on the lanai, or walkway. You must smoke at the DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA JUST NORTH OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE.
17 Violations of house rules may, at the board’s discretion, be subject to a fine of $100/day
18Lockout procedure. Please leave key in lockbox if not it can cost minimum $75 Service Charge upto $200 if professional Locksmith if crew or management isn't available
