Very comfortable unit, plenty of room and well equipped kitchen. Easy five minute walk to the village, a short walk up the path, click on your skis and down to the chairlift. Ski right up to the door on return. I have already booked for next year.

Four of us stayed here over Christmas. We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is also excellent. Our Family had a fantastic time the room we chose was perfect for a 4person family and little pug! It was cozy bright and stocked with all the amenities! Awesome view with much effort you can ski down to your room and you have to hike up or down to get on a run. Silver Star was awesome so much to do!....what a fantastic tip to get our passes from Costco it saved us so much money and I love the fact that Silver Star is an all inclusive pass so once you buy a full day pass it also includes skatingand the tube park....the ten pin bowling was a hit for the entire family. Owner Comments Thanks so much for your review. We enjoyed having you and your "pug". I think you may have a typo in your review regarding the ski access. I think you meant to say "without any effort" you can ski right to your door. Also a little surprised by the "having to hike up or down" to get to the run. The ski run is easily accessed within 2 minutes by the walkway out the door and then a little walk up (which is what makes it so perfect for skiing right back to your door). The two most talked about bonuses of this condo are that the door is on ground level so you can drive right to it to drop off gear and groceries AND the fact that it is such a great ski in and ski out location (for both cross country and downhill). We look forward to welcoming you back to magical Silver Star next year. Thanks again for taking the time to write such a great review. We really appreciate it! |

Our vacation rental at Silver Star was wonderful. The price was affordable, the accommodations were comfortable, and we had very little trouble overall from start to finish with the rental. I particularly appreciated how accommodating the owners were; because we're from the US, there were some issues with the banking transfer, but the owners were very understanding and made alternate arrangements for us without any hassles.
