Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 250.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Free parking, free wi-fi, free cable, and BBQ. The special bonus of this unit is that the front door is on ground level so you can ski-in/ski-out right from the door. Additionally, the driveway that comes up the back allows you to unload groceries, gear, etc. At the door and then you can just park out front. No need to lug suitcases upstairs. This feature keeps our guests coming back year after year as well as the awesome location with cross-country trails, downhill runs, snowshoeing and dog walking trails right at the doorstep. Kids play safely right outside the door. Only 5 minutes walk to the village or Adventure Park.

The large corner private balcony has an electric BBQ with a great view of the Silver Queen Run.

Since this is the corner unit, there are extra windows in both the master bedroom, the ensuite, and the second bedroom. The master has a queen bed with a large window out to the balcony. There is a 32" flat screen T.V. The second bedroom has a bunk bed - double on the bottom and single on the top.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The modern dining set is bar height that can be expanded to a round table seating 6. The living room features a large 42" flatscreen with two couches with individual electric reclining seats for 5. The 3 seater couch can be converted into a very comfortable bed for one person. Great view out of the living room window.

We welcome pets!!! $30.00 per night/per pet plus tax.

The shared outdoor hot tub in the Shooting Star building in Creekside is open all winter. During the summer, there is one hot tub open in Creekside. No hot tub available during spring or fall.

BONUS to our guests staying at this condo: Enjoy the extra-large common room on the ground floor. It features two sitting areas, a bookshelf full of books, a full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. You can spread out and have a get together if you are traveling with other people, or with new friends you may make on your holiday. It features two coin washing machines/two dryers, an extra washroom and entry to the outdoor hot tub. It’s like having the use of two full condos for the price of your rental condo.
