If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 262.50 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

Very well taken care of unit. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Location was perfect for access to downhill, crosscountry, snowshoeing or village. Complex had ski storage, common lounge, hot tub and parking for 2 vehicles.

This ground floor condo is a bright 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit in the much desired, Snowbrush Building in Creekside. This condo is perfect for a family or small group of friends.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom One – Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom Two – Double/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 3)

Bathroom One- Full Ensuite with Bathtub and Shower

Although this condo can only sleep 5 in the bedrooms, there is also a pullout that can be used for up to 7 upon special request – just ask.

Free Wi-Fi, cable and parking is included with this condo which can accommodate up to 5 people.

There is an electric BBQ for your use on the deck too.

This condo is ground level from the parking lot – easy to bring all your gear in and on the second floor from the front of the building so you have a nice view of the Silver Queen Run. Just step outside the ski locker room and you’re right on the slopes. The trailhead for endless kilometers of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing is right in front of you.

This ideal location is short walk to the Adventure Park, the outdoor ice skating pond and tube town. Only a seven minute walk to the village – close enough to enjoy all the activities, but tucked away for peace and quiet. The summer season boasts hiking trails and mountain biking plus 35 kilometers of cross country bike trails.

The shared outdoor hot tub in the Snowbrush building in Creekside is open during the ski season only. For the summer and bike season, there is one hot tub open in the Creekside complex for all guests to use.

BONUS to our guests staying at this condo: Enjoy the extra-large common room on the ground floor. It features two sitting areas, a bookshelf full of books, a full kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace. You can spread out and have a get together if you are traveling with other people, or with new friends you may make on your holiday.

This condo has a shared area with two coin washing machines/two dryers for your use.

Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

There are 2 parking passes for vehicles.
