If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 262.50 CAD.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Years holidays (peak rental time), the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For month-long rentals, the booking deposit is doubled and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival.

This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath corner condo boasts extra windows making this a very bright condo. The view from the larger balcony is looking out at Tube Town and Silver Queen Chair. Desirable quiet, top floor (3rd floor).

Great Creekside location just minutes to the ski hill, Tube Town, outdoor ice pond, and Silver Queen chairlift. Only 5 minutes flat walk to the village.

The shared outdoor hot tub in the Wintergreen building in Creekside is open during the bike season and ski season only.

Your building, Wintergreen features two coin washing machines/two dryers.

This is a fully equipped condo. Housekeeping is not included during your stay, but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional cost.

There are parking passes for 2 vehicles.
