Booking Deposit

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 7 pm.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 35.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) A guest must request this optional service. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee or refundable deposit is collected for parking. One-time fee of 125.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. The fee and/or deposit only applies if you require parking.
