A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 90 percent of all payments are refunded. Cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of all payments are refunded.Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of all payments are refunded.
