Beautifully restored farmhouse in elevated setting on the slope of a tranquil valley with fantastic views over the neighbouring hills. The Dordogne and Lot rivers are easily accessible from the house. There is a wide range of activities including canoeing, fishing, visits to bastides and cave systems. Nearby towns of Cazals, Sarlat and Gourdon have a wide range of restaurants, cafes and local markets.

The property is a two hundred year old restored farmhouse located in a quiet working valley on the outskirts of Campagnac-les Quercy. The living area is on the ground floor and comprises of a dining room with adjoining kitchen, a sitting room, and a bathroom. The sitting room has two sofas and additional seating. The wood burning fireplace in the living room also provides heating to the upper part of the house. Access to the first floor is via a staircase in the living room. The bedrooms are on the first floor. There are verandahs and patios adjoining the house with outside furniture and a barbeque. The garden is mature with fruit and walnut trees.
