Great Vacation Spot
We love Dauphin Island! The Inn was a perfect stay as usual. Very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. Everything was great, no complains.

A great place to stay
2nd year in a row staying at The Inn and Dauphin Island. Great place, and would recommend to others. Its clean, a short walk to the beach, and the beach is not crowded at all.

Convenience at the Beach
This was our second year staying at this property and again the experience was superb. The convenience of the pool, beach, restaurants, and much more keep us coming back. The property is always clean and ready for us when we arrive and the owners are easy to reach if needed. Additionally my neice had a flat tire and the management was happy to help us air it up and get us to a tire shop. Thank you.

Relaxing Stay
What a wonderful place to stay! It was a quiet and relaxing 5 days and the island had lots of stuff to keep my family busy... we will be back next year!

Pools n location
Although the condo was put together very cheap and bed would wake up a country,we really enjoyed our stay.owner supplies were sparce.patio dirty with weeds growing in cracks.great pools! Beautiful location!

Great location
The condo was clean and very convenient to pool and gulf. The only problem was the leak in the ceiling in the bathroom from the condo above us.

Love DI--106 needs some attention.
We stayed in 106 in Sept 2020. The mattress was awful (They should just burn it.) I didn't complain about the mattress at that visit. Didn't want to be a Debbie Downer. Thought someone would notice the poor condition of the mattress and replace it before our next visit. Boy was I wrong. The ceiling in the main bathroom was in poor condition from the above unit. (water damage) We returned July/August 2021 for 12 days. The mattress was still there and the water damage continued. Regardless of where we stay, a good night sleep is very important to me. Especially 12 nights of good sleep. There was a pull out couch and that mattress was not any better. I did mention the mattress issue to the staff and was told that it's up to the owner to replace the mattress and that the owner had just stayed there the week before. We are not heavy people. I am 110 lbs and my husband is 175 lbs. We used the oven one time to cook a pizza and the oven door handle fell off. My husband can fix anything. He temporarily repaired the oven. It looked like they have had problems with it in the past. The screws were now too short and where the screws attached to the oven was stripped. Needed a roll of toilet paper and was told by the front desk that we had to purchase at the local store. I thought 1 roll of toilet paper for a 12 day stay for 2 people was a little absurd considering we paid over $2000.00 for our stay. The floor under the bed had not been cleaned for some time. My husband took a picture and there was quite a lot of lint/dust/dirt under the bed. The refrigerator with ice maker worked well. The washer/dryer was also nice. The air conditioning also worked well. There is a hodge-podge of dishes in the cabinets. We like that the unit is on the main level, but will consider staying somewhere else on our next visit.

Amazing!
This was our first time to Dauphin Island and we loved it. Our condo was great. Beach access and two pools that were cleaned every day. The area was very quiet and laid back. Just what we were hoping for. We will definitely be back and plan on renting the same condo.

beach condo unit #106
parking, building is fine. the bed was objectively unfit for sleep. no deep cleaning has been done in a while. kitchen equipment and supplies are sparse and random.

Nice Place, Good Location
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice. However the bed really needs to be replaced, it was uncomfortable and was loud, any movement and you were awakened. It was mostly clean, there were a few things that needed going over again. But overall, we loved our stay! We will probably be back!<br/>

Early August stay
The conda was very nice and clean. Great location and easy access to the beach and pool. Only request is to replace the mattress, it is too old and creaks whenever you move off the bed. Also, should get a king for 2 to sleep comfortably. The management had to replace the DW during our stay and they were very nice to remember us and notify/ask if it was OK. The supervisor was extremely nice and the front desk was very helpful with dinner recommendations. We would Absolutely stay again and the people on the island were just wonderful.

Fabulous Vacation!
This is a fantastic condo! I loved I could step off patio and pool is right there. Very<br/>Clean condo had everything we needed<br/>We had a great time and watched fireworks<br/>From the pool area. Simply perfect!
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this condo. It has easy access, plenty of parking and is extremely clean and well cared for. It is obvious that this property takes great pride in their condos. Very courteous staff, willing to assist with anything. We will definitely choose to stay at this condo should we be fortunate enough to return in the future!

Peaceful spot

Lovely Beach Weekend

Island Gem
We trailered our motorcycles and the management was helpful with storage of the trailer for the duration of our stay. <br/>The unit had minor maintenance flaws, which was not an issue, but the cleanliness was. It was far from terrible, though for what is charged as a "cleaning fee", one would expect a spotless unit. We notified management but elected to clean it ourselves. <br/>Our stay was wonderful and are already talking about returning. Good customer service and the location is beautiful.

September 2015 beach vacation
The room was clean and orderly. The Microwave was not working and we notified the management abut this on the first morning of our 12 night stay. It was never repaired. The master bed box spring is extremely noisy when you sit on the bed to get in or get out, it sounds like rusty springs when you move. Those are the only issues we had in our stay. We very much enjoyed the location and the room, we would come back again.

Dauphin Island Adventure
We had a wonderful time at The Inn on Dauphin Island. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and very well maintained. We explored Fort Gaines and the Sea Lab, took the ferry over to Gulf Shores, and rented bikes from Ship and Shore to better explore the island. We ate pizza and ice cream at Island Rainbow, got fresh steamed shrimp for supper from Skinner's Seafood, and had grouper at J T's Sunset Grill. I would highly recommend Dauphin Island as a vacation destination.

Family Vaction
We stayed in Unit 106 for three days while vactioning in Dauphin Island. The unit is pretty basic, but nice, clean and convenient. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the sofa bed. It was what is probably to be expected, but my 14yo son wouldn't sleep on it nor did I blame hime. I did give this property an overall 4 star and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. I just wouldn't plan on using the sofa bed again. The beach is convenient to the unit as is the pool and our younger children loved it. The beach here is not overly crowded which was our favorite aspect.

1st visit to Dauphin Island
We had a wonderful experience with our vacation and our vacation rental unit. It was the perfect size for 4 people, and the unit meet all of our needs. It was well stocked with items, and access to the pool and beach was perfect. The only suggestion I make to future renters is too bring an air mattress because the sofa pull-out bed really shouldn't be considered a bed. It is in horrible shape and cannot be slept on. While we were there, the establishment was improving and adding too their boardwalk to the beach which will be a great addition. I highly recommend this property for a quiet, relaxing vacation!

Great place!

Happy Times
It was a quick 4 day getaway and the Inn at Dauphin Island was the perfect location. Close to everything. Clean and modern condo with all the facilities that you need on vacation. Great staff!
