End of Summer Vacation Our family of four enjoyed an extra long weekend at The Inn. We stay here at least once per year, but this was our first stay in #311. The property is always well maintained and clean. The pools are a plus since there are not many rentals on DI with pools and occasionally the weather is too windy or cool to enjoy the beach. The beaches and water were some of the best quality we've ever experienced on DI.

Relaxing Stay with a Beautiful View Very lovely condo with everything you might need for a perfect getaway. Furnishings are nice and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. It’s roomy enough for a family with small children or a couple. It might be a little close for 2 couples. The balcony is best of all with stunning views of the gulf.

Home Away from Home This is my 4th stay at The Inn at Dauphin Island. I hesitate to say I stayed in room 311 this time because it was so great everyone will request this condo. With new owners it has been freshened up. It was clean, full of kitchen amenities, and colorful. Staff was friendly and helpful as usual. I wish the cleaners would leave ice makers turned on, but other than that the stay was great.

A Day at the Beach We stayed in Unit 311 and it was great! It was clean and homey and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the pools and ocean. We never felt like we were fighting for room on the beach. We had a great time!!

Piece of Paradise We Needed This 2 bed, 2 bath condo was perfect for us and our 3 kids. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony was amazing. The 1st floor allows quicker access to the pool and boardwalk since there is a gate on their balcony, but I'd rather take the short walk and elevator ride to be able to lay down and wake up to the awesome beach views allowed by The Inn 311. It's also located on the main drag which allows you to get to the East or West side beach, or anywhere in between, in just a few minutes. The front desk staff was courteous every time we passed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay right back in 311 the next time we visit Dauphin Island.

New Year stay 2021/2022 Nice and quiet but having to do laundry and removing sheets is a turn off.Considering we paid a fee of 125.00 for cleaning .

Dauphin Island Never Disappoints Had a wonderful time, loved the newly added extended boardwalk. Room was awesome, could not ask for better. Long beach walks and seashells.

Quiet and Relaxing My family and I enjoyed a quiet spring break week at The Inn 311. The condo was well taken care of and had everything that we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Make sure to buy groceries before coming to the island because the options and pretty limited once you get there. During our stay, the Inn didn't seem too busy. We never had a problem finding a spot around the pool and we were able to park close to our unit every time we left. We actually only shared the elevator with another family one time the entire week. The beach was wide open with plenty of room for my kids to play around without much concern. You can walk quite a long ways either direction on the beach. One direction is towards other condo units and a public beach and the other direction is towards private homes. There is take out pizza and a few other restaurants, along with ice cream shops within walking distance of the Inn which we found convenient. If you are looking for quiet and laid back, this is the place for you. If it is action and nightlift that you are looking for, then I wouldn't recommend Dauphin Island. We loved our stay!
