A spacious and modern open plan 4 bedrooms 2 bath single storey home with privately enclosed pool and games room. Located on Davenport Lakes, a friendly and welcoming estate just off US27 South, by the side of Lake Davenport and an easy distance from Disney main gate. All guests have access to the large private Community Pool with changing facilities situated by the lake. Additional facilities also include Basketball and Tennis Courts, a Picnic area and Children's play area. On entering the home guests are greeted by the large open plan living areas, with cathedral ceilings, and tiled floors. The main family space has ample seating, a 60-inch flat screen HDTV with premium HD cable channels and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with separate laundry area containing a washer and a dryer. A sizeable dining room overlooks the pool area, which also has an entertainment system, 50-inch TV and X Box One with games. The master suite is set away from the remaining bedrooms, giving privacy and furnished with marble inlaid furniture. The bedroom has a super king size four poster bed with 37-inch TV with premium cable channels and DVD player, alarm clock with iPod dock and cordless telephone. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower enclosure, separate bath and large walk in closet. The remaining bedrooms and family bathroom are located in a passage way off the dining room. The second bedroom which adjoins the family bathroom has a view of the pool area, Queen sized bed, 40-inch TV with cable channels, DVD player and alarm clock with iPod dock. The third bedroom features a large double sized bed, ample closet space, alarm clock with iPod dock and 40-inch TV with cable channels and DVD player. The final bedroom has twin beds, a 40-inch TV with cable channels, large walk in wardrobe and drawer space. All bedrooms are carpeted. For guests of all ages the Games Room is a welcome addition, it contains a 6ft pool table, air hockey table, basketball, darts, and a corner bar with stools. The privately screened Swimming Pool and deck is accessed through the patio doors in the dining room. The deck area has plenty of sun loungers and chairs for our guests to enjoy the day long sunshine. A patio table and chairs are situated underneath the covered area, allowing for alfresco dining. If you wish a BBQ can be hired from our Manager for a reasonable fee. The villa is non-smoking and disabled friendly, for all guests with young families we have provided a crib and high chair. There is free unlimited access to wireless broadband internet connection (Frontier FIOS) and free local and international telephone calls. A safe is provided for extra security for our guests. Prior to arrival, all guests will receive a guest information booklet which provides them with specific details about the villa. The villa has keyless entry which means that guests have direct entry and no need to stop to pick up any keys.

Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 200.00 GBP. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 450.00 GBP.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 200.00 GBP cancellation fee) are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 5.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200.00 GBP is due 30 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 16 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure Fee of 85.00 GBP for stays that are 1 to 14 nights in duration.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 85.00 GBP for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.
