Come and unwind after a busy day at the theme parks, while you take a sip of your favorite cold drink and enjoy the lake view. This house faces a lake with beautiful sunsets by this south facing pool. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Florida and natural habitats for many wildlife animals. You will enjoy seeing birds, fishes and other species and just enjoy the calm and quite environment of the community in which we are located. We know that your visit to the Orlando area is very special, and to some it's their very first visit so we want to make sure you have the best experience while here. We took many things into consideration when designing, stocking, and providing the amenities you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. We have made sure we provide a very clean and comfortable home and we sanitized it to very high standards. This home will be a private home and our guests can access the pool, patio and all areas of the house such as bedrooms and bathrooms.

The King Master Bedroom: this room is beautifully decorated and has a comfortable bed. This room also counts with a private bathroom with a big closet to fit all your vacation outfits and a private entrance to the pool. We also equipped this room with linens, covers, pillows and mattress protectors.

The Mini-Suite: this room is equipped with two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. This room is beautifully decorated and equipped with a 40" TV with Roku and an Xbox game console for children or those who are children at heart to enjoy. We also equipped this room with linens, covers, pillows and mattress protectors.

Queen Room: this room is equipped with one queen bed with memory foam mattresses also made up of pressure-relieving comfort foam. We also equipped this room with linens, covers, pillows and mattress protectors.

Full Size Bed: beautifully decorated and equipped just like the queen bedroom and also has a 32” TV with Roku. We also equipped this room with linens, covers, pillows and mattress protectors.

Kid's Suite: we took the time to provide a comfortable stay for the younger ones too! This room is beautifully decorated and equipped with a baby crib, linens, and baby toys a house bed. In this room, you will also find a baby changing table as we thought it was an essential amenity for the little ones. The cutest part of this room is the house bed with a memory mattress made of pressure-relieving comfort foam. We also equipped this room with linens, covers, pillows and mattress protectors.

Living Room: This is the common area where you and your family can gather to kick back and catch a movie in the 50" Smart TV with Roku or watch local channels on cable TV. You may also have a family game night as we have just a couple of games you can enjoy as well.

Pool Area: This home has a private heated pool that is available for use at any time. We set up a safety gate for the protection of your children. However, please supervise your children at all times.

The pool heater would be turned on upon request during cold months. The fee for the pool heater is $35 a day with a minimum of two nights. The grill fee is $65, this is because we provide you with the propane gas and we clean it after each use.

Terms And Conditions

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Venmo, Stripe

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 70 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, 100 percent of all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 5 days prior to arrival. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 600 USD

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Fee of 35.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days)(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A security deposit of 250.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets A minimum "Fine" of 250.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 270.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee of 35.00 USD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 1 days) A guest must request this optional service.
