Alta Lake is a 10 minute drive/taxi from the property. The coarse sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
Ski/Board Out is a 10 minute walk to lift from the property. Ski/Board In is a 10 minute walk to the property.
The walk to the lifts and back is 7-8 minutes. Due to software limitations we had to select 10 minutes as shown above.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 0 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
Security/Damage Deposit: A damage/security deposit of $500 is required. This is done in the form of a pre-authorization to your credit card prior to your arrival. It is not an actual charge to your credit card at that point, but it is a “hold” of funds against your card’s available balance. We will not convert this to a charge to your credit card unless there is damage to the townhome or any missing items. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account. This deposit is not applied towards the rent.

You can keep your car parked for the duration of your stay, as the Village Stroll, a pedestrian-only promenade lined with shops and restaurants that winds into the heart of the Village, begins at your footsteps. As well, it is only an eight-minute walk to the lifts, and The Marketplace, Whistler's largest shopping centre, is also located across the stroll. The condo is just minutes from three world-class golf courses, and the Valley Trail system, allowing for easy access to hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails, etc.

Some of the features of the condo include a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, gas fireplace, WiFi internet access, Flat screen TV's, and a DVD player. As well, guests have access to the fitness centre, hot tub, underground secured parking, bike storage and front desk services and check in.

Your private balcony overlooks the village stroll and Olympic Park where there is a free ice skating rink in the winter and free concerts in the summer.
