Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, there is no refund. Cancellation 31 or more days prior to arrival, a refund of 50% of payments will be given.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due 3 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 10 pm. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Per pet.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet A minimum "Fine" of 300.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. Dogs must be well trained & behaved. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
