The house was designed for private family vacations and takes full advantage of the lake and its fabulous scenery. It is accessed directly by a public road which is open all year round. The cottage has large public areas (kitchen, dining and great rooms) which create a relaxing feeling and open onto a large deck overlooking the lake, with patio furniture and a barbecue. There are 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 with large bunk beds) and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a basement boat room, which can also be used as a garage and storage area with a pool table. Full heating and air cooling system, with fans in all rooms. The cottage has its own well.
