If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500.00 CAD is due 0 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure.
Security/Damage Deposit: A damage/security deposit of $500 is required. This is done in the form of a pre-authorization to your credit card prior to your arrival. It is not an actual charge to your credit card at that point, but it is a “hold” of funds against your card’s available balance. We will not convert this to a charge to your credit card unless there is damage to the townhome or any missing items. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account. This deposit is not applied towards the rent.

Went up to Whistler for the weekend. This listing was such a great deal for the space, location and amenities included! I was amazed by the location of the actual condo itself. It looked inward into the centre of the village... What a view! The included underground parking was awesome as it snowed heavily throughout our stay. The host was very responsive and check in/check out was a breeze.

Thanks for making our weekend getaway an amazing one!
