Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of $ 500.00 CAD is due 10 days prior to arrival. DISCHARGE AND WAIVER: Guests and all occupants rent the property on an 'as is, where is' basis. Any loss/damage to the person/property shall be at the risk of the Guest. The guest forever holds harmless the owners from any and all liability howsoever arising from their stay in the property.

All I can say is we were very happy. It was great pricing, the accommodation was perfect, comfortable, warm, everything we needed and more, plus the perfect location on the mountain. Great facilities all round. I would highly recommend and definitely would use Owner Direct again and would stay here again.

We stayed here over Spring Break. The place was very spacious for our group of 7. It has everything for adults and kids - good kitchen, lots of entertainment. The unit is located on the best floor, where you don't need to use stairs or elevator, just follow the corridor to the rear exit, put on your skis and off you go.
There is a spacious communal indoor and outdoor hot tub that is connected, a good games room next to it.
The only thing was that the description had said there was a Playstation unit, but we could not find it.
Overall a great experience and the owners were excellent and made everything easy and smooth.

We had a wonderful stay at Big White. The location on the hill is excellent. Very convenient. The room was very spacious and had everything you would need while staying there.

Just a quick note to Owner Direct as well as to the owners: the location was absolutely perfect. True ski-in/ski-out, very easy stroll to the village centre (3 minutes) and accommodation which upheld and surpassed all claims advertised. The place was very comfortable and roomy for 5 adults and 1 child, and was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The managers went the extra mile as well in allowing the supermarket delivery to be brought into the unit and put in the fridge prior to our arrival.
All in all, a really great experience. We won't hesitate to stay there again if we return to Big White, and we also won't hesitate to use the services of Owner Direct in future travels. The whole process went totally seamlessly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it was located right in the village area. We loved the ski-in and ski-out location of the place!!! The place was really comfortable and had everything you need. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. The owners were great and we had no problem with contacting them about the place.
The only negative thing I would have to say is the parking situation. They only have one parking stall, so you will need to find alternative spot for your second vehicle if the outside lot is full.

Ski to and from your back door. No cars, no shuttles, just ski home for lunch and then hit the slopes again afterwards.
