Okanagan lake is about 45 minutes away.
Ski/Board Out is directly to a downhill run from the property. Ski/Board In is directly back to the property (no walking).
The Hummingbird ski run is beside the building right outside the ski locker entrance. Take this run down to the Plaza chair and the Ridge Rocket Quad chair. Lift tickets can be purchased there as well. Look for "U-9" on Resort Map.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 75.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.
Guest is asked to start the diswasher.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Linen is included in the rent
All linens included with rental. Additional linen services may be purchased if desired. Please contact owners for details.
Parking is free.
Pick up parking permit from front desk on arrival.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 CAD.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
