Children of all ages are welcome.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements.
Adult guests must be 30 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests.
Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.

Services & Fees

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.
Guest is asked to start the dishwasher.
If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Linen
Linen is included in the rent
All linens included with rental. Additional linen services may be purchased if desired. Please contact owners for details.
Parking
Parking is free.
Pick up parking permit from front desk on arrival.
Airport Transfer Services & Fees
Third party transfer services are available.

Payments & Deposit - applicable to Owner's portion of the total only

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted.
PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival)
Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.
At the time of payment, the current exchange rate will apply. Discuss with owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 300 CAD per week booked.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.

Our first trip to Canada and Big White was made so much more enjoyable by having the opportunity to stay in this centrally located condo. It had everything we needed and was just a perfect size for our party of 6 adults. Being a ski in/out building meant no walking at all to start or finish the day and is just a short stroll to the Village for after hours dining and entertainment.
Booking was a simple process and communication with our hosts was exemplary, no hesitation in answering any questions we had, and leaving us a very nice bottle of red to enjoy was very much appreciated. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property to anyone that wants exceptional value and comfortable lodgings in a centrally located area of Big White Ski Resort.
