The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 50 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.

Great condo, great ski in, ski out location - everything you need right there in the unit to cook meals for a large group. If I were to state any negative - which really I can't - it would be that we had our daughter's mom-in-law with us who has MS, and it was difficult to get her up to the unit. I didn't realize ahead of time that we had a flight of stairs to navigate, so that was my fault for not knowing that info ahead of time. Wonderful when we got her up there and everyone had a fantastic time, even she did, because she could watch her grandkids out the big window onto the bunny slope. Would definitely rent again. :)

Excellent location on the hill, very nice condo. The only disappointment was the audio visual setup in the living room. The television was very small, there were no HD channels, no DVD player. This is not usually a problem when on a ski trip, but the Olympics were on!

There was a larger TV and VCR/ DVD up in the loft as well there is a DVD built into the TV in the living room.

We loved our stay. The condo has an absolutely ideal ski in/ski out location, especially if you have young children and are using the ski school in the village. The condo is tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches. It has very comfortable beds and furniture and a well equipped kitchen. A huge bonus is access to a washer/dryer and ski boot dryers. Plenty of games, books, sound system for your iPod and big windows to watch all the activity and it has gorgeous view. The final bonus is relaxing in the outdoor hot tub pool at the end of a day on the slopes.

Just 1-minute walk from the Village with spectacular views both S/E and N/E.
Easy access to the kid’s center and all activities in the village.

This home combines slate & carpeted floors to create a cozy cabin feel with lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. It is the end unit on the top floor of the Eagles, the open living areas take advantage of vaulted ceiling and panoramic views of the Monashee's from side and front windows. Sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy a hot beverage by the gas fireplace and enjoy the view.

You will have a front row seat for the Big White Fireworks displays every Saturday night as you look out the front window. Soak in the pool size hot tub while looking out over Hummingbird Run or play a game of ping-pong in the games room on the 1st floor.
Direct ski access to "Hummingbird Run", The Ridge Rocket, the Snow Ghost, and the Plaza Chairs.
Day and Night skiing at your doorstep.
Secure ski lockers and ski tune station on ground floor located next to ski in ski out exit.
