Excellent location, excellent quality, excellent owner! This property is perfectly situated at the corner of Richards and Davie. Having a beautiful, expansive park across the street on one side, coupled with a roof top garden below the windows and deck on the other side of this corner unit, is such a bonus as it allows for a much broader view and excellent sun exposure. It was so nice to be within walking distance of all that downtown has to offer, including shopping, restaurants, the seawall, BC Place, Rogers Arena. etc. This location also has such great access to the bus (across the street) and SkyTrain (5 minute walk away), we really had very little need for our car even as we left downtown Vancouver and went to Metrotown and New Westminster, etc! Another bonus is the ability to take the SkyTrain straight from the airport, if you haven't got a vehicle. With an excellent and attentive owner, this is a highly recommended property for a long term stay in Vancouver!

We were lucky to have happened upon this excellent property in downtown Vancouver, walking distance to everything we wanted! The location is perfect if you don't have a vehicle as it is about a 5 minute walk to a Skytrain station and has a bus stop right across the street, although it does have secure underground parking as well. The building is very well maintained and the apartment immaculate and roomy. So nice to have in suite laundry and a garburator! The owner was very timely in his communication and great to deal with. I would be very comfortable recommending this apartment to others and would be happy to stay here again.

Had a really wonderful holiday. This apartment is so central and within walking distance for everything, hardly any need to use transport. The apartment was so clean with all necessary cleaning products provided. Owner was charming and helpful. Would certainly recommend this apartment.

We stayed for one week and couldn't have chosen a more convenient location. There is a park and grocery store right across the street. It is within walking distance of Roger's Arena, a comedy club & lots of restaurants and shopping. We had a rental car and the unit included a parking spot in their secure garage with easy access. The condo was very clean and stocked with all essentials in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this condo and would choose it again for myself, should I make it back to Vancouver.
