Enjoy the quaintness of Puerto Vallarta from our centrally located condominium in a much sought after building, boasting only four floors with a roof top heated pool and a spectacular ocean view from the deck. Enjoy getting to know the other residents or guests of the building as it has only 54 units. The City central plaza is just two blocks away and offers free, local entertainment most every night or simply enjoy the street artists at work.

Dining is everywhere you turn, whether it be a fine dining experience just outside of the front door on the ocean front, or embark on a local cultural journey within walking distance to the Zona Romatica. If it’s something special and different that you are looking for in a dining experience, eat al fresco on the beach all along the Malecon (beach walk).

Enjoying the City is certainly doable on foot but if you are in need of a taxi there is a taxi stand just one block away from the building. Or if you are really adventurous, hop a local bus for just a very few pesos just three blocks away at the top of the central plaza below the beautiful and newly restored Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

All in all, let your hair down and enjoy the experience. The people are friendly and courteous, the building maintains 24 hours security. Your home away from home is comfortable and affordable.
