+ central location, price, decent furniture, bedding, kitchen: nothing sophisticated but very honest - very good and reliable rental process, reliable person managing the apartment,

- the apartment is very LOUD, it is to the rear of the block, looking onto the main cobble stone road with traffic night and day. Impossible to open windows and impossible to sleep without ear plugs.

-- big minus, perhaps every north mericain knows about PV, Europeans don't. Do not believe the tales of a romantic seaside resort; Do not think that you come to a kind of European upmarket resort. This town is more comparable to the worst case scenario in Torremolinos or Mallorca: people drinking from 10'o clock in the morning. The more people are overweight, the more they get undressed (roughly 95%). Junk food is the norm. If you want to have a decent holiday go the nearby small towns as Sayulita in the north.
