Enjoy a vacation in one of Mexico's safest locations. Manzanillo has all the amenities one could want and very seldom will you find anyone harassing you to buy a condo or their wares. Elegance Blue is located in a great area close walking distance to great shopping, grocery stores, movie theatre, some of the best restaurants in the area, casino, karaoke bar and disco. Our unit is located on the quiet side of the building so that you can enjoy a peaceful stay and listen to the sound of the waves. The sunsets are spectacular from any of the three patios in our condo. It is easy to get around by bus since Elegance Blue is located close to the bus route. No vehicle is necessary in this location. It also boasts the largest, warm water pool in the whole area. A stay in this condo is like being in a resort with all the advantages of a condo. There is a volleyball court located on the beach, as well as an exercise room, steam room, a basketball court and tennis courts for your enjoyment located within the facility. This condo is ideal for 2 couples but is also suitable for people with children. The building is located right on the beach where one could walk for miles. We are located walking distance to one of the fanciest hotels in Manzanillo and quite close to Las Hadas golf course. The old town is like stepping back in time and very quaint but by the beach is life at it's best whether you want to relax or enjoy the sites and sounds of Mexico. The office is always ready to help you (in English) and guide you to the best beaches, most enjoyable meals and best shopping. Like any resort, you will receive a wrist band that identifies you and allows you access to and from the property. Although Manzanillo is extremely safe, Elegance Blue has around the clock security and provides cleaning of your unit twice a week at no additional charge. This is by far one of the most enjoyable locations in Manzanillo and in Mexico.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer
Parking
Parking is free.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 30 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 USD
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Telephone Fee
The property does not have a phone. Calling Cards are required for Long Distance calls.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 3 days during a stay. Additional maid service can be arranged for a fee of $10.00
Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee
A fee is charged for Property Heating A metered fee is collected on departure.
Air Conditioning & Fees
Air Conditioning is included in the rent
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 80.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
