Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 400 USD per week booked.
For a long term stay, the deposit will depend on the length of stay.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge.
PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Short notice requests can only be paid by Master Card.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.
