Welcome to my luxury 4 bedrooms home. The house, just three miles away from Disney, is located in the 24 - 7 manned gated and prestigious Emerald Island Resort. So close to Disney you can hear the fireworks from your pool deck. LED TV in every bedroom, Frozen themed and Star Wars themed twin rooms, this four bedroom luxury home is specifically set up for vacationing guests. The first master bedroom suite includes king size sleigh bed features Tempur-pedic contour supreme mattress, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, roman corner jetted tub, his and her sinks. The second master bedroom suite has king size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with full size tub. Both twin rooms have two twin size beds and TV. This home can comfortably house 8 people. In addition, a pull out queen size sofa bed can sleep 2 more guests. This home is back to the conservation land, waterfront to Emerald Island Resort waterway, offers tranquil water view and lush green land beyond. We have a heated private pool, a patio table with chairs, chaise lounge chairs on the extended pool deck for you to relax outdoor while soaking in the Florida sun. Gas BBQ Grill is readily available and free to use. The pool is equipped with a child safety fence to prevent unsupervised young children from the pool area. The Emerald Island resort also has a clubhouse sauna, fitness center, arcade, Internet cafe, Tiki-bar, 2 heated community pools, spas, volleyball, tennis, basketball facilities, kiddie play areas, all at one’s disposal. Furthermore, the resort offers a shuttle service to local areas of attraction with an additional charge for stress free travel. Your home away from home is secure, in a prestigious gated & guarded community located at Disney's doorstep. It is a perfect place for one to recover from a hard day at the parks. We have a pool table, and Foosball table in the garage converted game room with complementary high-speed wireless internet reaches every corner of the house. The family room has a 65in LCD television, Formal living room; family room, dining room, and breakfast area provide plentiful space to entertain large family. The home also has a washer and a dryer so you can enjoy a long and fun vacation with all the conveniences of your own home. Fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a range, refrigerator - freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, conventional coffee maker, toaster, blender, just bring your K-cups and you are ready to start your day. Furthermore, the house is conveniently located just minutes away the popular tourist strip of 192, supermarkets and restaurants, this makes it one of the most appealing spots for both short and long term vacation rentals This home is thoughtfully set up and tastefully decorated. Booking Deposit
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge domestically, 5 percent international . PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

A fee is charged for pool heat. Fee is 35.00 per night plus tax. A guest must request this optional service.
