Description
Unwind in your own quiet place in an upscale family neighborhood, and enjoy the local beaches, restaurants, art and Leucadia vibe. This amazing retreat is close to the beach, downtown, the freeway and the train station. Encinitas is a great beach town - no wonder it's the only CA city to make the Forbes "Best Places to Travel In 2023"! The space: Drive through the electric gate to find ample parking in a fully gated, beautiful space. Enter into the beautifully decorated living room with a well appointed, full featured kitchen with dining for four and a comfy family room with a large TV to share popcorn and movies. The California room is a great gathering space with commercial ceiling mounted heaters, a dining area for six, and another family room area with yet another TV. Enjoy a full featured laundry on site and a variety of amenities to have fun. The outdoor shower is nice after a sandy day at the beach. Enjoy your own private, fully fenced front yard with comfortable outdoor seating with shade, and a gas firepit to share roasted marshmallows or old stories. At the end of the day melt into 2 luxurious bedrooms with ample closet space, their own 55" TVs and individual climate control. The master bedroom has a beautiful adjoining patio with a bistro set for a romantic breakfast or wine sharing. The home has a good sized bathroom with a comfortable shower. Guest access: The entire home is yours to enjoy. Other things to note: Before check-in we will send you a link to our comprehensive guidebook with everything you need to know about this wonderful home, and lots of helpful insider tips on the local area. A full cleaning every two weeks with fresh linens and towels is included at no charge. Additional quick clean and fresh linens and towels is available on the off weeks for $250 (our actual cost). Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , Venmo, Zelle
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000 USD is due on arrival.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.
