Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250.00 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
