This typical Portuguese, charming corner house located in the most sought-after neighborhood in Ericeira is only 7 minutes walking from the main beach Praia do Sul. Central, yet residential, so you can rest, away from the crowds. The house has been recently renovated and features cozy decorations, ocean views and a sunny patio. 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a common space on the first floor, it will make your stay very comfortable. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, BBQ and everything you need to have an amazing holiday. You are only 7min walking to the beach and a few minutes walking to the city center with all the delicious restaurants and cafes. Yet, you are staying in a residential area that is peaceful and quiet (apart from the ocean waves far in the background).

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1000 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a one-time fee of 10. PayPal, Stripe
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 EUR
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 06:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Group & Min. Age Policies
