A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.

This condo was very nice, and in a perfect location on Marco Island. It was a three bedroom, of which one bedroom, the master had a huge bathroom, and bedroom, & walk in closet. Also, had a terrace.The other bedrooms are very nice, but do not compare to the master bedroom. We cooked in the kitchen lots and it is well equipped, they even left some items to be used, like salt, pepper, spices, vinegars, oils, etc., perhaps from the guest before. Huge deck over-looking the courtyard, out-side bar area. It was quiet, all except for the first night, someone had music coming from somewhere, that we heard well after mid-night. Grocery/liquor across the street, easy access. Fresh fish market, 5 minute drive. Along with Snook Inn Restaurant on the water for dining. Beach close by, parking was an issue at South Beach, but lots at Tiger Tail. We would rent this unit again, and recommend it.
