12 minute walk. Our closest beach is fairly non-descript. The best beach in the area is Playa del Cristo (5 mins drive) which is a cove with almost no gradient. 2 restaurant/bars with toilets open Easter to late summer. Ideal for children & unsure swimmers. Easy walk to Port.

The one bedroom "poolside" apartment was very well outfitted, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed and more! The owner's dog was well behaved and so happy to greet us whenever we returned from away. We appreciated the expert advice from the owner as to where to park and other tips which made our trip so much more enjoyable. The villa is well located to shopping and to the highway, all the little towns are wonderful to visit, Sevilla is within driving distance as well as Granada.

Telephone calls (inbound) and WI-FI now available (6e / week) Apartment is very centrally located for the Port/Beach (5 mins drive/12 mins walk). No traffic noise. 8 mins drive to the old town of Estepona. Use our 8 meter HEATED pool and half acre gardens to truly relax and unwind. Beautifully presented at all times.

The town of Estepona is very charming. Quiet streets of geranium-clad whitewashed houses, pretty little plazas with restaurants, tapas & bars. The Port at Estepona is colorful & cosmopolitan. Shops; eateries; supermarket & beautiful boats - it has them all.

For the explorer, historic cities like Cadiz; Cordoba; Malaga; Seville; Jerez; Ronda & Granada are all within easy reach. The Rock of Gibraltar & Marbella / Puerto Banus are just a hop, skip & a long jump away.

We live in an apartment in the villa. We keep the grounds swept and watered as well as the pool. We are also there if you need help for restaurants; planning a trip; health problems or getting a taxi.
