This 1-Bed 1-Bath Condominium can accommodate 3 guests for a minimum of 7 nights.
The moment you drive into the Estero Beach and Tennis Club property you will relax and feel welcome. The condo was freshly renovated in 2023. Within walking distance of the condo are many restaurant, pubs and fine dinning as well as a CVS store for anything you forgot to bring. The beach is located directly in front of the property and is a short 1 minute walking path away. The white sand is so soft on your feet, you will throw away your shoes. There is also a bird sanctuary next to the property. Take your camera to the beach for pics of starfish, dolphins, turtles, pelicans, egrets, ibis all kinds of shells. The pool is heated and is a salt water pool. There are sunny areas and shady areas at the pool to choose from. The grounds also have lots of flowers and grass areas, a fountain as well as BBQ areas with tables and chairs. There is a trolley that will take you from the north end of the island to the south end of Bonita Springs. That includes Time Square, Margaritaville, Lovers Key State Park and Bonita Beach. The trolley cost is minimal, 5 dollars for a week anytime of the day, or $1.00 a ride. Most everyone that stays here will rebook for the next year because it is so unique.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Maximum allowed: One Pet - Dogs must be well trained & behaved. Dogs must be kept on leash when outside the unit. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure of $175.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
