It is a family business in the area of Local Accommodation with the apartment inserted inside the walls of the Castle of Estremoz in a century-old house that is fully recovered, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace in an apartment on the 1st floor It is located within the walls of the Medieval Castle of Estremoz in a quiet area with a spectacular view over the plain and Serra D’Ossa, close to the Museum, Art Gallery, Churches and Pousada Rainha Santa Isabel. Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1,50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 20 percent of the rent is due immediately. For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 EUR
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 6 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are no requirements. Allow groups of families or couples.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 100.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Processing Fee (charged by owner)
