Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 42 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 2 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
